7 - 9 PM Wednesdays, May 6th to June 30th, 2009

Tuning In offers a structured approach to developing one's intuitive abilities, starting with a foundation of energy work and progressing through more advanced techniques. Each session will feature new tools, practice exercises and guided meditations. Depending on the interests and experience of the participants, other tools and techniques may be explored. All sessions are co-lead by Roz Shakespeare and Della Ratcliffe.
We will be working with various modalities such as:

energy work, e.g. chakras, auras
introduction to healing
protection and intention
the "clairs", e.g. clairvoyance, clairaudience, etc
pendulum work
psychometry
cards
Otherworld journeys and guided meditations
