Join us at Radio on Thursday, March 22nd for a night of Americana-tinged talent.

The night starts off with singer-songwriter-guitarist-fiddler Kara Kulpa, performing with her 3-piece, acoustic band at 8:30pm. Cincinnati Citybeat describes the Cambridge artist’s sound as a "heartfelt folk roundtable with Patty Griffin, Natalie Merchant and Shawn Colvin."

Quiet, soulful, acoustic duo (sometimes-trio), Humble Tripe takes the stage at 9:30pm. Led by North Carolinian Shawn Luby with Bostonian violinist Stud (aka Abigail Green), The Independent compares Humble Tripe to “a sonorous young Dylan migrating to Anacortes, Wash., and singing with more soul than everybody else in that lo-fi land.”

At 10:30pm, Larcenist performs their brand of folk-country from a punk perspective. DigBoston praises the 5-piece for their “knack for writing mugs-in-the-air clanking sing-alongs”.

Finishing off the night at 11:30pm, Tumbleweed Company is brimming with bluesy-folk rock, four-part harmonies, and lavish instrumentation. Allston Pudding calls them “Boston’s next rock n’ roll group to watch out for.”
