DUFFA (Didsbury Ultimate Frisbee For Amateurs) is running a taster session for beginners to Ultimate Frisbee.

What is Ultimate Frisbee?
-------------------------------
Imagine a cross between American Football and Netball – it’s non-contact, unisex, and you use a Frisbee disc rather than a ball. You pass the Frisbee between members of your team by throwing it – you can’t move when you have the disc. Points are scored by a member of your team catching the Frisbee in an ‘endzone’. It’s fast and fun!

About DUFFA

We’re one of the largest Ultimate Frisbee clubs in the North West. We compete in tournaments but our main focus is to have fun and to be open to all, whatever your skill or fitness level.

We have over 70 part-time members but are always looking for new people! A lot of our members had never played before joining DUFFA.

What Do I Need?
--------------------
Sessions are held in Fog Lane Park, Manchester. You don’t need any experience, equipment or money – just turn up! Just bring some water, some old trainers and we’ll take you through the basics!

Can't Make it but Want to Try?

Beginners are welcome to any of our sessions at any time. If you can’t make it on the date below then check out our website for details of our sessions/times.
