TRP Tap Jam feat. Rene + Michael Cretu and Mikey Wilson November 28, 2011

Turn up and tap! An evening of improvised tap dance with live jazz from the amazing Michael Cretu (bass) and Mikey Wilson (drums); and a special guest performance from Manchester soul, jazz and funk band Rene. The finale of the latest Tap Rhythm Project course at Band on the Wall; dancers from beginners to pro take the stage hosted by dancer/choreographer and Tap Rhythm Project founder Jess Murray.

If you fancy a tap try-out we have shoes that you can use on the free 'Renegade Stage' taster workshop at 7pm in the Picturehouse with course tutor Karen Wood.

Jess Murray will run a SPECIAL GENERAL LEVEL OPEN WORKSHOP before the main event kicks off on the main stage.
