Stimulate your creativity for work and leisure. A practical approach to stimulating a flow of ideas which express your vision. We will explore what contributes to being in a creative state of mind, so you can achieve what you want in your projects. Open to all whether you think of yourself as creative or not.
This workshop will be a celebration of the joys of creativity and will aim to discover how to keep the creative initiative in whatever we do.
We will use discussion, creative journalling, games and other exercises to strengthen a creative momentum and overcome obstacles to our creative projects.
