Trick-or-Treating in Downtown Elgin October 31, 2006

This Halloween, pack up the kids and head for Downtown Elgin on Tuesday, October 31. A variety of downtown businesses and organizations will offer wrapped candy treats for children who walk through their doors between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. and say the magic words, “Trick-or-Treat!” Additionally, a number of businesses will offer a 10% discount on select products and services that day. Pick up a trick-or-treating map with a list convenient parking locations beginning Oct. 23 at the DNA office or on Halloween as you start your adventure or go to www.downtownelgin.org.
