Tribute to Ralph Hayes, Historian and Educator September 28, 2008

Local historian and educator Ralph Hayes (1922-1999) taught in the Seattle Public Schools for 12 years and in the Bellevue Public Schools for 18 years. He served as project historian for the Northwest Black pioneers Centennial exhibit and wrote 'Northwest Black Pioneers.'Tribute speakers include retired Justice Charles Z. Smith and Alma Plancich.
