Jaws, the summer classic that has thrilled a generation, will be screened as part of the Tribeca Film Festival’s outdoor screening series for film enthusiasts of all ages on Thursday, April 19 at the World Financial Center Plaza, 220 Vesey St, Manhattan. Come early to celebrate Universal Pictures’ 100th Anniversary with prescreening activities that include trivia contests, surprise special guests, and live music from local artists, courtesy of the upcoming New York Downtown Jazz Festival. The free evening of cinema under the stars is open to the public, and seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Doors open at 6 p.m. The programs will also begin at 6 p.m., with live music at 7 p.m., and screenings starting at dusk (approximately 8:15 p.m.).
