Treemendous Extreme Tree Houses July 6, 2011

Branch out from the ordinary notion of tree houses with an imaginative and creative display of non-traditional structures. View the winning works of a juried competition among local designers, architects, schools, studios and individuals. Enjoy a close, ground-level look at each Extreme Tree House displayed beneath the canopy of the Garden's oak, elm, gingko and other trees. The exhibit is part of the TREEmendous year at the Missouri Botanical Garden, a celebration of the U.N. International Year of Forests.
