Treasure Island
San Francisco, California

After an immensely successful inaugural year, Noise Pop and Another Planet are excited to announce that Treasure Island Music Festival will be taking place on September 20th to 21st 2008. Picking up where last year left off, the two-day celebration promises to feature a stellar and diverse lineup of music in the most breathtaking setting: smack-dab in the middle of the San Francisco Bay on the historic Treasure Island.

Transportation info and directions:
http://treasureislandfestival.com/transportation.php

"Due to traffic congestion and a shortage of parking, there will be no parking on Treasure Island, unless you have purchased a VIP Four-Pack. We will be providing complimentary transportation on and off the island to all single and two-day ticket holders."

The complimentary transportation ran like clockwork last year.

retrogradeheart

Hope it runs better than the public transit mess that was Outside Lands.

Silencio

Strong lineups both days. A pity I'll be at ATP in New York getting my ears shredded by My Bloody Valentine & Co.
