Traveling Marimba Trio May 23, 2009

Boxcar Theatre is proud to present, for three nights only, the Traveling Marimba Trio. Percussionists Jay Bordeleau, Eric Klein, and Christian Foster Howes will be bringing you an evening of marimba and wine, drums and cocktails, and some additional percussive intrigue. They will be joined by special guests Christi Welter, Chris Wright, and Allison Gibbons. The varied program includes modern works by local composers, and some not-so modern works by some not-so local composers. Join us for a lot of marimba, a little dance, a touch of electronics, a tad of yelling, a bit of American Sign Language poetry, some drums, and a whole lot groove.
