Transportation Transformations for Richmond April 16, 2013

This is the first of Partnership for Smarter Growth's 2013 Forum and Events Program. The theme for 2013 is Transportation Transformations for a Competitive and Sustainable Future. We are kicking off the series on April 16 with Jeffrey Tumlin of Nelson/Nygaard Consulting Associates, the author of the newly-published book, Sustainable Transportation Planning: Tools for Creating Vibrant, Healthy, and Resilient Communities.
