Enjoy a relaxing trail ride at Alafia River State Park!
This guided tour on horseback is nice and easy, perfect for novice riders. The terrain at Alafia is not flat like most of Florida. There are hills and valleys.
We plan to ride for about two hours from 10-12. Please arrive by 9:45. After the ride, you are welcome to stay for an informal picnic lunch (not provided).
Bring the whole family! Both English and western-style saddles will be used and riding helmets are furnished but not required. Riders must be at least 6 years of age. Long pants (jeans or jodhpurs) and boots/shoes with heels (not sneakers) are suggested but not required.
