Another step in the arts of yoga-style massage. This class will expand on the foundation of what we learned in Traditional Thai Massage – Nuad Bo Rarn. We will explore the Sen lines, study more theory and specific treatment points, learn new working positions and more advanced stretches. Included in this class will be side-lying techniques, as well as specific treatments for headache, backache, etc. Then you will learn about the Thai Herbs and make warm, steaming herb balls for Herbal Thai Massage (Samoon Plai Thai) and relax in the herbal sauna.
