The right Tequila/The right cuisine/The right combination. That’s the theory behind pairing Riazul 100% Blue Agave Premium Tequila with four gourmet courses on Wednesday, May 1st at 7pm at TQLA.

For this special evening Riazul Founder and owner Inaki Orozco has hand selected four tequilas that will be combined to make four unique cocktails paired with each dish.

Just as gourmet meals have been paired with just the right wines, TQLA is bringing that experience to tequila lovers. The Mesa restaurant is the perfect venue. It’s th e only place in the Valley with chilled tequila on tap. The gourmet menu consists of:

1st Course: Seared Ahi Tuna with pickled ginger and wasabi.

2nd Course: Spicy crabcake salad with tequila red wine vinaigrette and chipotle mayo.

3rd Course: Ancho Lamb Chops with red mashed potato and chimichuri.

4th Course: Creme Brûlée with fresh berries and cinnamon tortillas.
