CALL FOR ENTRIES ? Toy Camera Photography

Theme ? Toy Camera Photographs (All images must be
taken by Plastic or
cardboard cameras ? i.e. Holga, Diana-type cameras or
homemade pinholes)

Juror: Whitney Bradshaw, Asst. Curator Lasalle Bank
Photography Collection

Entrance Fee : $25 for the first 5 entries. $5 for
each addt?l up to 10.

Entries due by: January 18th , 2006

Exhibition Dates: February 10th ? March 3rd, 2006

An exhibition of toy camera photography will be juried
by Whitney Bradshaw, the Assistant Curator of the
Lasalle Bank Photography Collection. This show is
organized by Damen Studio, a gallery in Chicago's
Ravenswood neighborhood. Digital, alternative and
traditional prints will be accepted, but the original
photograph must have been shot using a plastic or
cardboard toy camera.

Whitney Bradshaw is currently the Assistant Curator at
the Lasalle Bank Photo Collection in Chicago. She
holds an M.F.A. in photography from Columbia College,
where she currently teaches. Her photographs are
included in the Midwest Photography Collection at the
Museum of Contemporary Photography.

Important dates:
Jan 18th ? Entries and payment must be received (see
entry form below)
Jan 27th - Artists will be notified of acceptance.
February 5th - Artists must bring work framed and
ready to hang.
February 10th - Opening reception.
March 4th - Artist' work must be picked up from the
gallery.

Work will be for sale and Damen Studio does not charge
a commission.
