During your visit to the Olive Mill, be sure to take our fun, educational, informative, 30-minute tour! Offered throughout the day, it will teach you the history of our farm and mill, how our signature oils are made, and the importance of local products and sustainable farming. After the tour, you can taste our oils, stuffed olives, and tapenades, then purchase your favorites in our gourmet marketplace! Pick up a few recipe cards to take home too!
Groups of up to 60 can be accommodated in our hourly tours, and the mill can be reserved for special group tours and private or corporate events during the evening. Please click on Group Tours (on our website) to learn more.
In addition to our mill tour, we offer Boutique Tours throughout the year. Topics include the nutritional, beauty, and cooking benefits of olive oil, the differences between mass-produced EVOO and our handcrafted EVOO, and more. Our VIP Tour is hosted by Perry Rea, Owner and Master Blender, of the Queen Creek Olive Mill.
Our 30-minute tour is designed to educate you on olive oil, the different varieties of olives grown around the world, and what specific types we grow here for the express purpose of creating our own high quality EVOO. You will also learn why Arizona is a prime location for growing olives, creative uses for our EVOOs, and have an opportunity to ask questions of our tour guides.
The tour cost is $5, and our tours are conducted according to the following schedule:
Monday – Friday: 9:30am to 2:30pm
Saturday: 9:30am to 2:30pm
Sunday: 9:30am to 1:30pm
Our tours begin every hour on the half hour.
For groups of 8 or more, please call the Mill or email us to reserve your preferred date and time, and to inquire about our Tour Menu packages. Receiving your guest count and meal order form 7 days in advance guarantees your delicious meal will be ready for you as soon as your tour concludes.
