In Spain, there are several regions, five of which we will explore through this series. Every area is famous for something different, whether it’s bullfighting or paella, tapas or nightlife, it can all be found in this one country, so sit back while we run the show and guide you through Valencia, the third largest city in Spain, which is also highly regarded for their wonderful seafood and magnificent architecture. We will explore the bountiful vegetable gardens, fragrant orange groves and prided rice paddies, and learn how to incorporate seafood, vegetables and meat into traditional Valencian meals bursting with flavorful spices and rich, vibrant colors that will add a little fiesta to any table.
