Toronto Silent Film Festival & Toronto Theatre Organ Society presents: My Best Girl April 8, 2013

A Mary Pickford Birthday Celebration! Toronto born Mary Pickford was the most powerful woman in Hollywood and the most recognizable woman on the planet during her reign as America's Sweetheart. We celebrate her birthdate with a screening of her last and best silent film, the romantic comedy My Best Girl. Mary plays a hard working shop girl who falls for her handsome new co-worker (played by future hubby Charles "Buddy|" Rogers) but there's a major problem to be solved.
Clark Wilson will accompany on Canada's largest Wurltizer Theatre Organ.
The festival runs April 4-9 in various venues across the city.
