Tony Feher: Blossom December 23, 2009

D'Amelio Terras presents 'Blossom," the debut of a new sculpture in five examples by Tony Feher. This fan-fold sculpture marks the artist's latest venture with a familiar material in a new form as well as a shift in scale and volume. Each of the five examples stands four feet tall and eight feet wide. 'Blossom' exhibits five bright, soft pink fans made of extruded polystyerene, notable in the industry for its "well established reputation for long-term reliability and superior resistance to the elemental forces of nature."
