In this nurturing and transformational healing circle, participants will use sound and stillness to promote healing through drums/rattles, intention, breathing/toning techniques, guided meditation, and gentle touch. We will journey to our hearts and release what gets us stuck and receive treasures for our hearts. Join me as we connect with our hearts, the Mother Earth, and one another in community.
Time: 7:00PM - 9:00PM
