Songwriter and musical storyteller Tom Russell mixes country music and folk while singing songs that deal with matters of the heart. The Eilen Jewell Band is Boston's up-and-coming acoustic blues quartet. With strong country and folk influences, the group is composed of harmonica, guitar, drums and upright bass. The group is characterized by its soulful blend of original tunes and those of Howlin' Wolf, Hank Williams and Billie Holiday.
