THE BEST OF THE BIG SUSHI COMES TO THE BIG MANGO!

Legendary DJs from Tokyo?s club and party scene to bring genre busting dance floor revolution to Bangkok?s top clubs and after-hours parties.

Bangkok, Thailand ? Scene-makers here will be privy to the first international showcase of a doof!-doof! renaissance April 26th ? 29th, when six of Tokyo?s leading DJs come over to party in Bangkok.

Say ?Konnichi-wa? to Tokyo Nights, a non-stop four-night festival of that city?s new underground club circuit. The DJs, organizers and hipsters from Tokyo?s best parties?Deck ?n? Effect, Addiction, Realgrooves, Maus?will drop in to Bangkok and throw down four ass-shaking events at Flix, Club Astra, Glow and Q Bar for the Labor Day weekend.

Tokyo?s Stereo Productions, in concert with Bangkok?s TMD Communications and Asahi Beer, will be bringing top Tokyo DJs over to raise the roof on the Bangkok club scene with an exclusive four-night showcase of how people really party in Tokyo.

RCA?s Flix and Club Astra get the party started on Wednesday and Thursday with some electro-tech and cerebral tech-house from Funky Gong, Dave Twomey and the legendary Duck Rock, while Glow gets nu-skooled in dirty breaks and booty house on Friday with Carlos a.k.a. Redbox and will2live. Q Bar will roll out the sushi for a kamikaze sayonara party Saturday night that will see all the DJs fight it out until the last manga standing. When the dust settles, Tokyo Nights will have given Bangkok a rare opportunity to experience the new Japanese underground scene and party until the rising sun.

This category-defying showcase of the new Tokyo dance scene?one where superstar DJs exit superclubs after their sets to find the next real party?is also part cultural exchange. It seems that the ?make-it-happen? party people in both cities decided it was time to swap musical philosophies. ?We felt it was time to internationally showcase the raging talent coursing through the veins of this mythical Tokyo everybody thinks they know but doesn?t,? says Jeff Richards of Stereo Productions. ?And then bring what we find in Bangkok back to Tokyo to do the same.? With the likes of these cutting-edge DJs, the group wants to expose Bangkok to the new intimacy?500 to 1000 sweaty bodies writhing together, each one just as famous as the DJ.

Press passes and complimentary drink tickets are available in limited quantity for the opening show.
Tokyo Nights?April 26th through 29th, when Tokyo?s vibrant music scene leaves the underground of the metropolis for a four-day celebration of club-culture in Bangkok.
