Todd Shepherd: Vietnamese Artists December 14, 2007

Over the years of travel back and forth to Vietnam, first in the military and later on business, Todd Shepherd has befriended many artists and purchased their works. Throughout all the European influences it is noteworthy that Vietnamese artists maintain strong contact with their own cultural heritage creating styles that while heavy with foreign attributes, still reflect a national character.
