TJ MILLER Headlining at Gotham Comedy Club! May 15, 2009

TJ Miller is known from playing Marmaduke on ABC's Carpoolers, and is the cameraman "Hud" in the blockbuster hit movie Cloverfield. TJ is from Denver, Colorado, but came up in the Chicago Comedy Scene. Within 2 years he was touring with Second City, on a house team at IO, and performing stand-up at every venue in Chicago. He was the regional winner of the Sierra Mist Search for the Next Great Comic, he’s headlined the DC Comedy Festival and was selected to perform at the HBO Aspen Comedy Festival.

He’s a graduate of the British Academy of Dramatic Arts, and Friches Theatre Urbain (a Circus Arts School). He writes for Blerds.com and is also the creator of VeryBadPorn.com, a satirical porn site where the pornography is so bad that there is no sexual content and no nudity. TheBastion.org called him “A human comedic tornado.” TimeOut Chicago said he “was the cream of the stand-up crop.” He was named by the Chicago Tribune as one of the “Top Five Comics to Watch” and by New City as one of the top 10 comics in Chicago. TheApiary.org said “He’s fast, fluid, has the delivery of a self-assured Conan O’Brien.” His style is ridiculous.
