Tivoli Theatre Welcomes Back Taylor Guitars Road Show Meet Taylor Experts, Learn About Guitars and Test-Drive the Latest Taylor Models October 21, 2012

Downers Grove, IL – Back by popular demand, the Taylor Guitars Road Show will be returning to the Tivoli Theatre, at 5021 Highland Ave in downtown Downers Grove, for an afternoon of music and guitar talk on Sunday, October 21, 2012, at 2 PM, sponsored by Tobias Music. Doors open at 1 PM.
This annual event is all about guitars. Whether you’re a guitar pro or thinking about buying your very first guitar, the Road Show is the perfect event for you! Fun, informative and interactive, the program begins with insight from Taylor product experts and demonstrations. Attendees will get a preview of the instruments and a chance to test-drive the wide selection of custom guitars that Taylor will have on display.
The show will feature Mike Ausman of Taylor Guitars and West Coast recording artist and television personality Marc Seal. Marc is host of the award-winning “The Ultimate Guitar Show.” The television show originated in San Diego and is now syndicated in other areas of the country.
Taylor staff will share insights on the company's guitar-making process and demonstrate how body shapes and woods affect tone. After the demonstration, players are invited to take part in the "Petting Zoo," an opportunity to play a variety of different models, as well as rare and custom Build to Order guitars.

The Road Show will also feature:
