Bourbon Street is always a popular choice as the bar and grille brings the New Orleans' Mardi Gras vibe to all of its patrons. The menu is also a reflection of the Big Easy with appetizers and entrees such as seafood gumbo, shrimp Creole, smothered chicken and grits, and Bourbon Street's classic jambalaya with a choice of 2 alcoholic/nonalcoholic drink options. For those that really want to kick start their New Year's Eve festivities early, Bourbon Street is the only restaurant offering both a 3PM seating and 5PM seating.

Known as the newest Irish Pub in Hell's Kitchen, Gossip Bar combines an upscale dining experience with the warm and comfort of a neighborhood pub. Their menu is a reflection of that, offering New Year's Eve dinners classics from their menu including the wild mushroom risotto, grilled 8oz. New Year Sirloin, shrimp a la vodka, and an Irish bread pudding with custard to top off the meal. Diners will also have the option of selecting 2 drinks, either liquor or non alcoholic to accompany their meal. Also carrying a similar Irish Pub atmosphere, but with an American Twist is Hurley's Saloon in the heart of the theatre district. Having been around since 1892, Hurley's will take diners back to the simpler days with their traditionally New York styled décor. Menu options include; baked stuffed clams, lobster bisque, grilled swordfish with mango chutney, Tuscan roasted chicken, and a choice of either beer, cocktail, wine, soda or juice.

The classic, all American feel can be found at Ruby Tuesday. Known for its classic Americana and traditional cuisine, Ruby Tuesday is a must go-to-spot on New Year's Eve. Conveniently located only steps away from the ball drop, diners will feel all of the excitement and jitters from the crowd. Choices include; jumbo lump crab cake, Southwestern spring rolls, pasta primavera, and New Orleans' seafood.

All of the dinner packages allow diners to have a two hour time frame to enjoy their meal. Following the dinner, all of the restaurants will feature New Year's Eve after parties. After dinner, diners can enjoy the Times Square atmosphere and New York City nightlife on an evening with unlimited options. Or, diners can choose to stay at the venue to enjoy the restaurants own after party. However, separate tickets will be needed to be purchased in advance for those who choose to stay.
