Til' We're Blue Or Destroy July 17, 2009

Begun as a recording project by band leader Will Rhodes in early 2004, members of other bands called in to make contributions eventually became the band in the summer of 2005. The lineup is always evolving, getting larger and smaller as time passes and band members live their lives and work with those other bands. Regularly supporting touring acts in Austin such as The Thermals, Snowden, and Tokyo Police Club, as well as showcasing at SXSW2008, SXSW2009, FunFunFunFest2008. Members of TWBOD have performed and recorded with Sleepercar, Ian Moore, Crooked Fingers, A.C. Newman, The Polyphonic Spree, David Dondero, Jim White.

Summer 2009 finds TWBOD performing as a 7 piece ensemble, having just released their debut album as an independently produced CD of 11 songs. They will be playing at Good Records on Friday evening and the Lounge on Elm St. on Saturday night. Catch them.
