Tia Carroll & Hard Work make thier debut appearance at the Poorhouse Bistro in San Jose.
The Poor House Bistro is San Jose's New Orleans Joint. A "Joint" in the south is a place where people would come to enjoy food, drink, and music. The Poor House brings that site, sound, and taste of New Orleans to the San Jose Downtown area.
