The soul-baring post-hardcore quartet Thursday released their debut, 'Waiting,' in 1999. Signing to the Victory label they issued 'Full Collapse' in 2001 and toured with acts like Boy Sets Fire and Sparta. Thursday's frequent gigging and furious passion fueled a grassroots response, and by 2002, the band was on the main stage of the Warped Tour and enjoying radio and MTV support of its single 'Understanding in a Car Crash.' Circa Survive is an experimental rock band from Philadelphia, PA. Chicago's Rise Against features former members of the late great 88 Fingers Louie. This four-piece punk unit plays a punchy brand of melodic hardcore heavily influenced by bands like Bad Religion, Minor Threat and Bad Brains.
