Thursday, March 15 at APT, Cooperative Sleaze proudly welcomes Dan Berkson & James What who will be performing a Live PA. Signed in 2006 to Steve Bug's highly heralded Poker Flat label, Dan & James have since collaborated on a unique live show that is far more than a simple laptop set of triggered tracks; they use two computers in tandem to layer loops and samples, remixing tracks on the fly, while Dan plays live Moog synthesizer. Their unique performance saw them get picked up by Clique bookings last year, and they have performed at Secret Sundaze in London and Watergate in Berlin, and other exciting parties in Brazil, Russia, France & The Czech Republic. They are distinguished electronic music artists individually as well; Dan has released tunes on Gourmet, Exun & Saw, and James has been signed to Cologne's Treibstoff recordings. We are happy to present their NYC debut.

Codek records head honcho In Flgranti, and APT regular and a very talented DJ, will also be performing in support of his excellent new record "Wronger Than Anyone Else". Coop Sleaze residents Peter Anthony & Justin R will be rounding out the lineup, as ever, blending old school love with new jack sensibility and keeping it fun & fresh.

Krait Beer is sponsoring an open bar from 9-10 - we're happy to have this going on as we know a lot of our friends would like to be able to come out a little early, have some fun, drink & music on a Thursday, so we have arranged this with all of you in mind.

$7 w/ RSVP to [email protected].

.Thurs 3-15-07, 9:00PM-4:00AM at APT
