Through the Eyes of the Eagle: Healthy Living for Children April 30, 2011

This traveling exhibition features 44 watercolor and gouache illustrations from Georgia Perez's educational storybook series geared toward Native American kids ages 4-9. The stories aim to raise diabetes awareness and encourage physical activity and healthy eating through the lessons of a wise eagle who befriends two young boys, Rain That Dances and Thunder Cloud.
