'Throat' is the story about how war takes its toll on a soldier's body and mind. Cesar Rodriguez, a former Marine has trouble adjusting to civilian life after serving in Iraq. Stricken by violent memories of war and guilt about his unheroic performance, Cesar finds solace in his best friend and love struck pigeons in the park. But how can he learn to forgive himself when he feels that everything is his fault?
