Celebrating the Music, Life & Legacy of the King of Pop

Saturday August 29th, 2009, on the 51st birthday of the late Michael Joseph Jackson, Black Liberated Arts Center (BLAC Inc.) will host a Thriller Tribute Party in honor of Mr. Jackson’s accomplishments in music, business, and charitable giving. The event will be held at the Petroleum Club located on the 34th floor of the Chase building in Downtown OKC. There will be food, drinks, and music played by DJ Ron, and of course, plenty of dancing, dancing, dancing, a trademark of Michael’s. Ten of his most popular videos will be played at times throughout the night. There will also, be a special presentation of Michael Jackson’s undertakings, from those that made him famous through his amazing music career to facts that have been overlooked such as his great philanthropy and humanitarian efforts. The party starts at 8:00 pm and ends at 12:00 am. RSVP is preferred and due by Saturday August 22nd. The cost is $25.
