Three Screams is a dark, dynamic, and hilarious play centered on a contemporary theft of Edvard Munch's "The Scream". An accountant and unlikely thief who's helped pull-off the heist, Edvard, manically confronts his love-hate relationship with Munch's famous painting face-to-face. His wife, Tulla, shares a completely different side of the story--baking pastries to calm her nerves, while containing a strange, stifled lust beneath her apron. 20 years later their son, Gunnar, revisits the actual location where Munch painted the Scream and must now deal with the omnipresent power this singular work has had over his family.
