Three Generations of Book Collectors October 23, 2012

Albert Morton Turner began collecting books in the 1930s, amassing works by classical and Renaissance authors, fine printing and the book arts, book provenance, and works of English literature. Generations of his family continued collecting, and have loaned a considerably large portion of their findings to the Athenaeum to exhibit.
