Threat Signal are a metal band from Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. Threat Signal was formed in the late summer of 2003 by cousins Jon and Rich Howard, who then added the song writer/composer guitarist Kyle McKnight. The trio then found drummer Adam Matthews in early 2004. Threat Signal posted their song "Rational Eyes" on an international metal chart on GarageBand.com. After a few weeks, the song reached #1, and it has received many awards including best guitars, best drums, best male vocals, best production, song of the week, and song of the day.[1] The band's latest album (2009) is called "Vigilance".

The Agonist (formerly The Tempest) is a Canadian melodic metalcore band signed to Century Media Records. Hailing from Montreal, The Agonist comprises vocalist Alissa White-Gluz, guitarist Danny Marino, bassist Chris Kells, drummer Simon McKay and touring guitarist Chris Adolph. The band released their second album, called "Lullabies for the Dormant Mind," in March 2009.[14]
