Thomas/Ortiz Dance NYC Season July 18, 2007

Renowned for its “urban athleticism and Latin sensuality”, Thomas/Ortiz Dance celebrates its sixth consecutive New York City season with a four-night series at Dance Theater Workshop (DTW) featuring the world premieres of Frayed Ends and Dynamite Walls; both inspired by contemporary music, along with the revivals of Mirabella, Nevaeh, and In the Arms of Three. Led by choreographers/co-artistic directors Ted Thomas and Frances Ortiz, the 14-member company introduces a reflective and emotionally engaging vision to modern dance.
