"This is Who I am" Gallery Opening August 14, 2008

WVSA ARTs Connection is having a gallery opening on August 14th from 5:30-7:30pm. The show’s theme, "This is Who I am," explores the nature of life through the eyes of the students in the Summer Employment Training Program. This program gives special needs youth the opportunity to positively communicate their experiences as teens growing up in Washington, DC. Using different forms of artistic expression, the students are challenged to learn who they are, where they come from, and where they dream to go. All are welcome!
