Happy New Year!

A new year is upon us and 2010 is going to be a great one. If you're Mayan, you'll be enjoying it like it was your last and soaking up the veritable plethora of life's magical bounty. You may also be stocking up on amunition and water... but I digress.

2010 also means a whole new years worth of Bluegrass Happy Hours at
the Frequency with your host (This is the) Squirrel Hunters. Yes,
that's right, every 3rd Thursday you too can come down and see four
musicians and a banjo player--including Father Time himself on
guitar--play their unique brand of traditional Bluegrass.

So come on down Tursday, Jan 21st and grab y'all a $2 PBR or if you're not a hipster, get a deal on any number of other beverages! The price of admission is a reasonable $5 or 3 cans of food for donation to a local food bank.

The Frequency is a great sounding room for acoutstic music and is just off the square in downtown Madison. There's plenty of free street parking after 6pm and a garage right across the street.

(This is the) Squirrel Hunters is a traditional Bluegrass band from Madison, WI.
