This Ain't No Picnic 2008 September 26, 2008

This Ain't No Picnic is a new urban festival, brought to you by the folks who also run Smalltown America. Our aim is quite a simple one - we want to put on a fantastic weekend of live music, with bands you know and love and bands we think (and hope!) you'll come to know and love - essentially, bands that we believe in.

This year's event takes places on September 27th and 28ths at King's College London, and will feature around 30 bands spread across two stages. There will also be a seperate bar (boasting spectacular views over the River Thames) with a film programme of some of our favourite punk rock and DIY music films.

As with our previous events, all proceeds from the festival will be donated to charity. The money raised will be split between Cancer Research UK and The Connection at St Martin-in-the-Fields.
