The Ecology Action Centre and the Sable Island Green Horse Society invite you to participate in a public meeting devoted to Sable Island on March 21st from 7:00 until 9:30pm at the Scotiabank Conference Theatre, Room 201 Sobey Building, Saint Mary's University Campus.

We hold these annual public meetings to review ongoing research and operations on Sable Island, and to provide an update on progress toward a secure future for the Island. Question and Answer Session, and Reception will follow.

Illustrated talks will be presented by:

* W. Don Bowen, Population Ecology Division, Bedford Institute of Oceanography

* Andy Horn, Biology Department, Dalhousie University
* Craig McMullen, Meteorological Service of Canada
* Zoe Lucas, Biologist and Sable Island resident

Cohosting the event are Saint Mary's University, the World Wildlife Fund and the Nova Scotian Institute of Science.
