Hollywood’s hottest stars come together to celebrate the launch of The Scene.com (http://www.thescene.com). The evening festivities will be hosted by The Scene and One Hope Wine. This inaugural Los Angeles premiere event will be held at the new ultra hip Wokcano Asian Restaurant & Bar in Santa Monica. Guests will be entertained with special musical performances from Scotland’s own Jamie Kimmett and Sony BGM recording artist Jamie Meyer. Hollywood’s hottest female DJ, Casey Connor will take the music into her own hands and spin into the late night. One Hope Wine and Trump Vodka Bar will host an open bar from 9:00pm – 10:00pm with complimentary One Hope Wine and Trump Vodka Drinks. Complimentary hors d’oeuvres will be served, prize give-a-ways, dancing and networking.

The Scene is a nightlife and entertainment platform connecting users to the hottest people, places and events in their area. The Scene is populated by nightlife’s tastemakers in metropolitan areas in the US as well as globally in Australia, Great Britain and Canada.

ONE HOPE Wine: donates 50% of its profits to partner charities that benefit a variety of causes. Each varietal supports a specific cause: Chardonnay proceeds support the fight against breast cancer; Merlot proceeds promote AIDS awareness; Cabernet Sauvignon proceeds benefit autism research; Sauvignon Blanc proceeds go to saving our planet and their Zinfandel proceeds go to families of fallen troops.

Jamie Meyer: Awarded "Best Singer-Songwriter of the Year" at the LA Music Awards 2008. Jamie released his debut album with Sony BMG Music in 2003 titled "It Is All About Me", working /w Jörgen Elofsson & Bryan Adams among others. Jamie released his second studio album called "Great Big Change" in 2008.


Jamie Kimmett blends elements of Neo-soul with contemporary sounds. Jamie is a truly unique singer/songwriter from the west coast of Scotland. Currently writing and recording with many top songwriters and producers including Steve Porcaro. He also recently showcased at the Gibson showroom in Beverly Hills and the Vintage Room at the Hollywood Guitar Center. A recent graduated from the prestigious Ian Tomlin Music School in the City of Edinburgh.

Casey Connor is the new face gracing the turntables as Hollywood’s hottest female DJ. Known on both coasts and abroad as a rising star in the male dominated world of club DJs and entertainment Casey Connor brings a fresh, feminine perspective to the parties she DJs for her A-list clientele including Britney Spears, P. Diddy, Jennifer Lopez, Donald Trump, Snoop Dogg, Kanye West and a never ending list of Hollywood’s most famous names.
