The technique uses theatre exercises, speech skills, science of the brain and its functioning, music, painting, breathing and voice exercises, masks, yoga and martial forms. Neeraj Kabi is the founder of Pravah. He is a theatre actor, director, trainer and an educationist. As an actor, he has worked with national and international theatre directors. His work as a theatre director has won him recognition at the national level. He has been conducting workshops for the young since 1996 and has traveled across the country to conduct workshops for children, young adults, adults, animators, schools, colleges corporates and parents.
