Located in Lake Hughes, California, The Painted Turtle offers children a medically safe environment that seeks to reach beyond illness to provide these children an opportunity to discover the joys of childhood often missed during extended medical treatment. There is no billing department at The Painted Turtle Camp. No child or family ever pays to attend camp. As most of these families are already overwhelmed with medical expenses, camp is truly an amazing gift.
