Philip Stephens, Associate Editor, Financial Times

Philip Stephens joins the Sacramento Chapter to discuss a foreign policy agenda for the US and Europe after President Bush leaves office. The US and Europe have historically supported each other in their foreign policy objectives. However, to many the Bush administration has blazed its own path, too frequently without the cooperation of Europe. Mr. Stephens will discuss how Europe’s partnership with the US is necessary in order to amend past mistakes.
