The Women’s Housing Coalition’s “30 +1 Anniversary” Celebration May 9, 2011

The Women’s Housing Coalition will celebrate the hundreds of people and organizations who share its mission of supporting formerly-homeless women and their children at the nonprofit organization’s annual fundraising event on Monday, May 9, 2011 from 6:00 – 9:00 at Pazo Restaurant in Baltimore.

Guests at the “30+1 Anniversary” will enjoy a bountiful buffet and tempting tapas, beer and wine, a silent auction of unique items - and the joy of knowing that their attendance at the event benefits the programs and services provided by The Women’s Housing Coalition.

For 31 years, The Women’s Housing Coalition (WHC) has helped women and their children achieve self-sufficiency and productivity by providing safe and comfortable housing, workforce development education, parenting and nutritional support, and mental and physical health services. WHC currently works with 97 women and their children who live throughout its six housing programs in Baltimore City.
