When Phil and Luke inherit their dad's downtown hotel, it is purely a business proposition -- that is, until they become entangled with three sisters, one more beautiful than the next, who call the place home and have dreams of their own. A play about ownership, entitlement, and what happens when not only the economy but our own memories of a place call into question its value.
