Broadway, will be hosting a special benefit performance for actor Dan Proctor on September 18, 2006 at 8:00 p.m. Kurt Johns and Linda Parsons direct the Off-Broadway hit which has been called Office Space or The Office set to music. The show is a hilarious revue celebrating what it really takes to get through the work week. The New York Times said that show illustrates that the office lifes loss is show business gain!

Dan Proctor, a prominent Chicagoland actor, suffered a gunshot wound to the head on June 25, 2005. Not only did Dan survive, but he has grown and made huge strides to thrive in the face of this great adversity. There will be a suggested $10 donation for this benefit performance of THE WATER COOLERS: An Office Musical for Dan and his recovery efforts. THE WATER COOLERS: An Office Musical stars Matthew Amador as Steve, Jason Bayle as Glen, Adam Kozlowski as Frank, Holly Stauder as Judy and Tempe Thomas as Brooke. Choreography is by Linda Parsons, Set Design is by Robert Kovach, Musical Direction is by Jeremy Ramey, Lighting and Sound Design is by Tim Schoen, and Costume Design is by Kerith Wolf. The show was created by comedy writer/actor Thomas Michael Allen (Tony n Tinas Wedding, Late Night With Conan OBrien) and management consultant Sally Allen.

The regular schedule for THE WATER COOLERS: An Office Musical is Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 8 pm and Sundays at 3 pm. All regular priced tickets are $45. For groups of 10 or more, there is a 10% discount. Seating is limited, so purchasing tickets in advance is recommended.
