Neo-psychedelic band the Warlocks formed in 1999 in Los Angeles. Throughout their career, the Warlocks have seen numerous lineup changes, touring with upwards of twenty different members. Their current lineup is Bobby Hecksher on lead vocals and guitar, JC Rees, Ryan McBride, and Corey Lee Granet on guitar, Jana Risher and Jenny Fraser on bass, Laura Grigsby on keyboard, and Bob Mustachio, Jason Anchondo, and Theresa Saso on drums. The band released their first EP, The Warlocks, in 2000, quickly followed by their first LP, Rise and Fall, in 2001. Their most recent album, The Mirror Explodes, is an attempt to rework songs that they had previously discarded for various reasons. Largely an experimental band, though heavily influenced by rock'n'roll, the Warlocks play varied sets from night to night. Fans can expect songs from all of the Warlocks' albums to be played at their shows. Currently, the band is touring Europe before coming back to tour the states in August.
